VP Customer Success

About The Position

Identiq is looking for an experienced Customer Success leader to join our team and help us build our Customer Success department.

As the VP Customer Success you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of satisfaction, drive adoption, and expansion of the use of Identiq's solution.

Responsibilities

Drive true value for customers

  • Develop trusted relationships with decision makers with each assigned customer and serve as the lead point of contact.
  • Gather valuable feedback from clients for continual product improvements
  • Be the primary point of contact for driving customer success
  • Continuously manage customer issues and satisfaction
  • Define and optimize customer life cycle
  • Perform customer onboarding and proactively alert customers of any impending issues

Lead cross-functionally to drive customer success

  • Work with internal teams to balance, meet and exceed customer expectations and perceptions
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on the identification and tracking of enhancement requests for future features and functionality
  • Collaborate with a team of A-player Sales, Product and engineers to ensure subscription growth
  • Collect customer feedback and work with Product Management to pre-emptively solve product issues

Drive alignment for customer renewals and expansion

  • Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion
  • Identify up-sell and product extension sales opportunities and communicate any potential risks that would threaten renewal

Achieve operational excellence

  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Identiq can better serve our customers
  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of processes and systems
  • In the future: Recruit and manage future Customer Success Managers to support business growth.
Requirements
  • 7+ years experience leading a customer success team in a B2B company
  • Experienced in building methodology, while being completely hands-on
  • Experience working with startups and enterprise level companies
  • Experience in building and leading teams
  • Experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects to completion
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues independently
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently but also the ability to collaborate and debate as a team

About The Position

Identiq’s Growth team plays a key role in defining and executing the company’s expansion strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly intelligent individual to join our team as an Account Executive: a role that combines sales, consulting, strategic thinking, and business analysis.

In this position, you will take on leads of potential enterprise clients, develop relationships with multiple Fortune 500 companies, identify their unique needs and challenges, and lead them to join Identiq’s network. You will collaborate with other teams at Identiq to ensure a seamless on-boarding process, and use insights from client feedback to improve our product and offering

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, experienced in working with Enterprise companies. Someone who is eager to turn our vision to reality and who can transfer their enthusiasm to potential clients in a highly professional, smart and friendly way.

While strong personal and communication skills are critical, this is also a numbers-driven position with quarterly/yearly goals, and bonuses will be awarded based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with potential clients, demonstrating a consultative approach to show the some of the world’s largest brands the value for them for joining Identiq’s network
  • Receive leads from, and work together with our BD Team to manage sales pipeline and follow through with presentations, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we keep growing our product offering and expand to new markets and industries
  • Represent Identiq at industry events and sales meetings with potential clients around the world
  • Develop a deep understanding of the payments, fraud, identity & trust industries and build relationships with key players in the space
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Identiq solution
Requirements
  • Being extremely intelligent, fast learner, autodidact, team player with can do mentality that believe that no mountain is too high - your character and skills are more important to us than your experience
  • 2+ years of B2B enterprise closing experience, managing end-to-end sales cycle - preferably with experience with B2B enterprise sales, tech companies, and/or a hyper-growth B2B SaaS startup
  • A fearless positive attitude
  • Problem-solver, resourceful, someone who thrives off of autonomy
  • Track record of excellency - Must
  • Naturally analytical with a strong passion for persuasion
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills

Identiq is looking for an experienced and skilled Sr. Data Fraud Analyst to join our team of fraud and risk experts.

In your role you will be working with customers, development, and customer success teams, to guarantee the successful onboarding and fraud-prevention benefits of Identiq’s customers, while providing insight to the Identiq product and development teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding of new customers by completing the following:
  • Work with some of the largest companies in the world to perform comprehensive analysis of their data
  • Identify and define solutions for data issues to ensure high quality data, and reduce fraud exposure
  • Combine the technical, business and analytical objectives to come up with tailored solutions for onboarding members
  • Prioritize, track, and communicate data issues internally and externally
  • Find solutions to problems supposedly unsolvable – by thinking like a fraudster
  • Work closely with Account Management to engage customers
  • Work with customers to define fraud mitigation solutions, and measure their benefit
  • Collaborate with a team of A-player analysts, data scientists and engineers to help develop the next generation of Identiq’s solutions
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in fraud and risk management
  • 3+ years experience working with and analyzing large, complex data sets
  • Experience researching fraud attacks, defining, and implementing fraud prevention solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technical concepts
  • Ability to work independently when given abstract tasks, but also the ability to collaborate and debate as a team
  • Experience working with large e-commerce merchants and online service - an advantage

Identiq is looking for an applied cryptography expert with experience in multi-party computation and homomorphic encryption.

This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the company’s head of research.

Responsibilities
  • Design and analysis of cryptographic primitives and a full protocol involving multi-party-computation techniques, as well as bringing the protocol from design to implementation
  • Responsible for inventing new encryption schemes, design computationally, and communication efficient protocols
  • Collaborating with our world-renown cryptography advisers and our top-tier technology teams
  • Writing proofs of security and privacy under various adversary models
Requirements
  • Strong background in multi-party computation and homomorphic encryption
  • Theoretical and applied experience in cryptographic protocols design
  • Cryptographic protocol design and analysis
  • M.Sc. in mathematics, computer science, or similar field, with specialization in cryptography and security. PhD an advantage

As a Sales Development Representative, you will hold a critical position as the voice of our company, responsible for creating a great first impression to potential customers. In this role, you will need to turn warm inbound leads and cold prospects into qualified opportunities for our sales team.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, experienced in targeting Enterprise companies using ABM methodologies. Someone who is eager to chase every lead while being highly professional and friendly in their approach. While strong personal and communication skills are a critical, this is also a numbers-driven position. There will be quarterly goals, and bonuses will be awarded based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive research into prospective companies and potential prospects within those companies via LinkedIn, Google, public information and other online sources
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior level fraud and privacy executives, clearly explaining the Identiq product and value proposition to decision makers
  • Help potential customers discover unmet needs and describe how we can deliver extraordinary value
  • Work closely and collaborate with the company's marketing and sales teams
  • Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the product, the online fraud industry, competition, market happenings and trends
  • Update prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to help ensure company revenue objectives
Requirements
  • At least 2 year’s experience in an SDR role, prospecting Enterprise customers
  • Native English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Internet savvy professional who can perform extensive online research
  • A fearless positive attitude
  • Experience within a Software or High-Tech company is a plus
  • Experience in the FinTech space is a plus
