More Industry Recognition For Identiq

Recognition for Identiq’s unique identity validation solution - a peer-to-peer network that’s completely anonymous - has been swelling this year, most notably with Identiq being named in Gartner’s Cool Vendors in Privacy report. Following on that theme, we’re delighted to announce that it’s been a busy couple of weeks for Identiq.

451 Research Publishes Report on Identiq's Network

Identiq is honored to announce that 451 Research has published a full report from analyst Paige Bartley analyzing Identiq’s anonymous peer-to-peer identity validation network.

As the title of the report puts it, Identiq piques interest in peer-driven, shared-nothing identity verification. We’re delighted to see the way that analysts such as 451 Research are incorporating Identiq into their understanding of the identity validation space, and online commerce and interactions more broadly.

We view this recognition as a reflection of the market validation we’ve received from industry leaders, global companies and analysts. Earlier in the year this was seen in the coverage of our first Member Summit, and in Identiq’s being named in a Gartner Cool Vendor report.

Identiq’s unique combination of peer-to-peer collaboration and true anonymization makes it possible for companies to work together to fight fraud fraud and improve customer experience, in a way that has simply never been possible before. Direct collaboration, on a far deeper and more effective level, only becomes an option once no data is being shared - as the 451 report’s title reflects.

If you’re a client of 451 Research, you can head over now to read the report. If you’re not a client yet, you can apply for a trial.

Identiq as Featured Vendor in the Merchant Fraud Journal Guide

We’re honored to announce that Identiq is the only Featured Vendor chosen in the Data Provider category of the Merchant Fraud Journal’s 2020 Vendor Guide.

It makes perfect sense for Identiq to be a standout example in this category, which MFJ defines as vendors which enrich fraud prevention models, so that merchants can understand the identities behind their accounts.

We did enjoy the irony of it, though, since MFJ also made sure to note that in Identiq’s case “all this is done without sharing any user data or identifiable information whatsoever” - meaning, we don’t actually provide any data at all!

Providerless is Gathering Momentum

We view the recognition from 451 Research and MFJ as a reflection of the market validation we’ve received from industry leaders, global companies and analysts.

Earlier in the year this was seen in the coverage of our first Member Summit, and in Identiq’s being named in a Gartner Cool Vendor report.

There’s been plenty more coverage as well as analysts and industry experts incorporate Identiq into their understanding of the fraud prevention and identity validation space, and online commerce and interactions more broadly.

As Tech Republic notes, “Identiq uses cryptographic algorithms and preserves customer privacy while enabling companies to to identify new customers through a network of trust.

David Mattei, a senior analyst at Aite Group, noted that “Identiq’s solution is quite different from the way payment data and identity are usually handled” adding that a prime benefit could be the reduction of friction at account openings.

Krista Tedder, Head of Payments for Javelin Strategy and Research, said that “Building a trusted consortium between companies could potentially fill the gap of knowing consumers and preventing fraud,” at a time when digital fraud is escalating.

Gestalt IT’s Tom Hollingsworth said “Identiq is solving a problem I think needs to be dealt with” using a method he described as “pretty ingenious.”

We’re delighted to see this gathering momentum, both for Identiq and for the shift to providerless technology of which we’re proud to be a part.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
